Our most updated proposal/offer for the granting of the easement for the interparcel access
connection to our property will include:

Capital contributions to reserve funds

The capital contribution offered (to be split at your discretion between reserve funds and community improvements) is $75,480. This is equivalent to your 2022 total HOA revenue.​

Ongoing compensation for shared road maintenance expenses ​

A monthly contribution will be paid by the future owners of the proposed new homes to Huntington Mews HOA in compensation for future road maintenance expenses. This contribution will be $20 per house per month ($1,200/yr).

This comes out to $6,000 for road maintenance every 5 years.

We will provide assistance in performing desired community improvements.

Huntington Mews residents will have access to use the Five (5) new proposed visitor parking spaces on our property

We will perform maintenance of hazardous/deteriorating trees on Huntington Mews property during the course of construction.

We will attempt to move the existing bus stop away from Huntington Mews property and over to the front of our property, if possible and if desired by the community.

We will install new One-Way directional signage and street arrows for Laura Mews

The bamboo surrounding the property will be removed and replaced with new trees.

This will NOT affect your HOA fees. Your HOA will not be responsible for maintaining the property. The new homes will form their own HOA and operate self-sufficiently.

The existing driveway to the property will be used by construction vehicles.
